Urban Treasures freehold condominium launch at prices starting from $845,000

Urban Treasure is an upcoming freehold condominium along Jalan Eunos in District 14, which comprises of two 12-storey buildings with 237 residential units. The developer of the condominium, Fragrance Group bought the site of the former Eunos Mansion in a collective sale.

Urban Treasure Condo is released the indicative prices start at $845,000 for a 1-bedroom apartment having the area of 452 sqft, which is equivalent to about $1,689 per sqft (psf). A 4-bedroom unit at Urban Treasure having the size of 1,270 sqft will have the price starting from about $2.3 million, equivalent to $1,830 psf.

ERA Realty Network, one of the key marketing agencies helming the launch said that Urban Treasure boasted a low-density living environment with just 237 residential units and offers unobstructed views of both the low-rise housing estate and the central business district.

Urban Treasure Condo is just a few minutes driving from the Paya Lebar Airbase, which will be reposition after 2030 to free up about 800ha of land, which will be turned into a sustainable new town.

This condominium is also within walking distance to 2 MRT stations on the Downtown Line, which are Kaki Bukit and Ubi MRT Stations. Moreover, there are some shopping malls nearby the condo including the newly opened Paya Lebar Quarter and Kinex as well.
